Duties

Manage subcontractor procurement, scopes, letting and contract administrationPrepare and manage progress claims, variations, RFIs and contractual documentationMonitor project costs, budgets, forecasts and overall commercial performanceReview and administer subcontractor claims, variations and paymentsWork closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, consultants and subcontractorsMaintain accurate project reporting and ensure contractual obligations are met

Skills & Experience

Contracts Administrator experience with a reputable commercial head contractorStrong fitout, refurbishment and/or commercial construction experienceExperience working on commercial projects valued at $15M+Strong understanding of procurement, contracts, variations and cost managementExperience with Procore, Jobpac, Cheopss or similar construction softwareConstruction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building or related qualification preferredStrong communication, commercial and stakeholder management skills
