We currently have two positions available: Occupational Therapist and Clinical Lead (Occupational Therapist).

Occupational Therapist

Range $80k-95k + Super | Above Award | Achievable 67% Weekly KPI

About the role:

• Deliver OT services across a caseload of aged care and NDIS clients
• Tailor treatment approaches to individual needs, with caseloads matched to your skills and areas of comfort
• Work within a supportive team structure, with opportunities to build experience in new or specialised areas over time
• Support clients with a range of presentations, including functional decline, cognitive impairment, home safety and environmental risk, and progressive neurological conditions

Clinical Lead (Occupational Therapist)

Range $100-105k + Super | Above Award | Weekly KPI Reduced Per Clinical Supervisee

About the role:

• All of the above plus
• Provide OT clinicians with regular supervision
• Facilitate group, peer-led clinical education sessions

Successful Candidates Will Have:

• Minimum 3 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration
• Experience in Community, Rehab, Private Practice, or Hospital settings
• Experience in the following assessment types is desirable: Activities of Daily Living (ADL), Functional Capacity/Mobility Assessments (e.g. DEMMI, TUG), Disability and Functioning Assessments (e.g. WHODAS), Low Vision Assessments, Home Modifications and Environmental Assessments, and Assistive Technology/Equipment Prescription
• Experience delivering services to a wide range of clientele
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Demonstrated ability to clinically supervise, mentor and support clinicians (Clinical Lead role)
