ARM Security, our West Perth Monitoring Station, is certified to ASIAL Grade A1 standards and is seeking a full-time Alarm Monitoring Operator to join our team as we continue expanding our high-quality monitoring services.

Our Alarm Response Centre operates 24/7, with a rotating roster that includes 8- or 12-hour shifts in a comfortable environment close to public transport, with free onsite parking available.

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

·         Demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service

·         Use computer systems confidently and accurately

·         Apply strong problem-solving skills under pressure

·         Follow procedures accurately in a busy operating environment

·         Communicate clearly and professionally by phone

·         Show a genuine desire to help customers when they need it most

Previous security monitoring or call centre experience is desirable but not essential.
