The Role:

We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our Mid-Market Growth team. You’ll own the full sales cycle — from building and managing a healthy pipeline through to getting deals signed, sealed, and delivered. This isn’t a role where you hand off at the finish line: you’re accountable for a deal until the contract is signed and the customer is set up to succeed.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Build and manage your pipeline. Proactively source and qualify new opportunities within the mid market segment and keep your pipeline healthy through consistent prospecting and follow-up.
• Own the deal end to end. Manage every stage of the sales process — discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close — with full accountability from first conversation to signed contract.
• Handle terms and conditions. Set up and manage contracts directly with customers. You’ll negotiate terms, coordinate any internal sign-off needed, and make sure T&Cs are reviewed and signed — a sale isn’t complete until the paperwork is done.
• Forecast accurately. Keep CRM records and pipeline forecasts up to date so the wider team has visibility on what’s coming.
• Collaborate cross-functionally. Work with marketing, customer success, network development, Product and legal/finance where needed to keep deals moving and set customers up well from day one.
• Representing the brand. You will be expected to be at expos, client events, and industry functions living and breathing fitness passport.

About You:

You are a charismatic and highly driven individual who thrives on opening new doors. You have a natural ability to engage and influence key decision-makers, combining confidence with a strategic mindset to win new business. You’re passionate about fitness and wellness and believe in the impact and purpose of what we do

What we are looking for:

• 2-5 years experience as an Account Executive or similar closing role, ideally in mid-market or B2B sales.
• A track record of building your own pipeline rather than relying solely on inbound leads.
• Comfort owning commercial discussions, including contract terms and negotiation — you don’t hand this off to someone else.
• Proven success meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to engage and influence at all levels
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• CRM experience
• A self-starter with a results-driven approach and a strong sense of accountability.
