Green Life Clinics is expanding into Melbourne, and we’re seeking warm, organised Clinic Concierges / Medical Receptionists to join our new Taylors Lake clinic inside Watergardens Shopping Centre. As the first point of contact, you’ll greet patients, coordinate appointments, manage records, and support smooth daily clinic operations. Your presence sets the tone for a calm, professional and welcoming patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records
• Answer calls and respond to patient enquiries
• Verify patient details and process payments
• Maintain a clean and organised reception area
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

What You Bring

• A naturally personable, energetic and welcoming presence, you enjoy helping people and creating a great experience
• 2–3 years of customer service in retail, hospitality, call centres or similar fast‑paced environments
• Clear, confident communication across phone, in‑person and digital channels
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks calmly, switching between phone, computer, walk‑ins and patient support
• Strong computer proficiency, ideally with Google Suite or similar systems
• Availability for a rotating roster, including weekends and late‑night shopping centre hours
• Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods while supporting clinic and front‑of‑house operations

Recruitment Process
