What You'll Be Doing:

• Creating and pricing tailored international, multi-city and round-the-world itineraries, including complex routings and multi-airline fare combinations.

• Providing expert advice on flights, routes and the best-value airfare options.

• Converting customer enquiries into bookings by understanding each client's needs, delivering the right travel solution at the right value, and providing exceptional customer service from initial enquiry through to booking, travel and their return home.

• Utilising and developing your knowledge of airline products, premium cabins, routing and international fare structures.

• Staying up to date with airline products, fare changes, policies, entry requirements and developments across the international travel industry.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in an international travel consultant role.

• Strong GDS skills are essential. We use Travelport (Galileo), but experience with Sabre or Amadeus is equally welcome.  

• Experience with premium cabin, complex or round-the-world airfares is highly regarded, but not essential. We'll teach you the specialist Airfare Geeks way.  

• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to confidently manage clients from enquiry through to travel.

• Great attention to detail and a genuine passion for travel.

• Potential for hybrid flexibility once you're up to speed. Once you're confident with Airfare Geeks' systems, processes and way of doing things, there may be the opportunity to work from home 1–2 days per week.
