We're looking for a qualified Cabinet Maker who takes pride in their work, enjoys problem solving, and is looking for a long-term opportunity with a supportive team.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working across a variety of projects including cabinetry installation, custom joinery, fit-outs and general finishing work.

While the majority of our work is based in Ballarat and surrounding areas, occasional travel and overnight stays may be required depending on project locations.

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who:

• Holds a recognised Cabinet Making qualification.

• Has experience manufacturing and/or installing cabinetry and joinery.

• Takes genuine pride in producing high-quality workmanship.

• Can confidently work independently with minimal supervision.

• Works well within a team and contributes positively on site.

• Is reliable, punctual and professional.

• Has strong attention to detail.

• Can think ahead and solve problems on the job.

• Is motivated, organised and takes ownership of their work.

• Leads by example through a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Communicates respectfully with clients, subcontractors and fellow team members.

• Holds a current White Card.

• Holds a current Australian Driver's Licence (manual licence preferred but not essential).
