AWM Craigieburn is looking for a motivated and results-driven Internal Sales professional to join our team. As part of the MM Electrical Group, we combine the strength of a national business with the local knowledge and relationships of our store locations. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with our trade customers.

• Grow existing accounts and identify new sales opportunities.

• Respond to customer enquiries and provide product solutions.

• Prepare, manage and follow up quotes.

• Proactively contact customers to generate sales.

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

• Provide product advice and develop strong product knowledge.

• Work with suppliers to source products and competitive solutions.

• Achieve sales, margin and individual KPIs.

• Work as part of the team to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Confident communicating, quoting and negotiating with customers.

• Proactive and willing to identify and chase sales opportunities.

• Reliable, organised and committed to following through.

• A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

• Experienced in electrical wholesale, trade sales or a similar industry (highly regarded).
