About the role
Six Seasons Real Estate | Broome, WA
Six Seasons Real Estate is looking for a friendly, organised and motivated Reception / Property Management Assistant to join our growing Broome team.
We are a locally owned and operated real estate agency with a strong focus on providing professional, personable and reliable service. This is a great opportunity to work hands-on alongside the Director and Licensee, gaining practical experience across all areas of property management.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, can confidently manage a variety of tasks and is happy to get out of the office when required.
This is a varied, hands-on position where no two days will be the same. Your responsibilities will include:
Front of house and reception duties
Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
Greeting clients, tenants and contractors
Conducting routine property inspections
Assisting with Property Condition Reports and property inspections
Preparing inspection reports and general property management documentation
Assisting with tenant enquiries and correspondence
Booking appointments, inspections and contractor access
Key management
General administration and data entry
Assisting with rental property advertising and enquiries
Working directly with and supporting the Director in the day-to-day management of our property portfolio
General office duties as required
We are looking for someone who is:
Friendly, approachable and confident dealing with people
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Professional in both presentation and communication
Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
Able to prioritise tasks and manage a varied workload
Confident using computers and learning new systems
Reliable, proactive and willing to help wherever needed
A strong communicator with good written and verbal skills
Interested in learning and developing within the real estate industry
Previous real estate or property management experience would be highly regarded, however it is not essential. We are happy to train the right person who brings a great attitude, strong work ethic and genuine interest in property management.
A current Australian C Class Driver's Licence is essential for this position.
You will be joining a small, supportive and growing local agency where you will have the opportunity to work directly and hands-on with the Director and Licensee.
This isn't a role where you'll be sitting behind a reception desk all day. You'll be involved in the day-to-day running of the portfolio, attending properties, communicating with clients and tenants, and learning the practical side of property management.
For the right person, there is plenty of opportunity to learn, develop your skills and grow with the business.
If you're organised, personable, enjoy working with people and are looking for a varied role within a local Broome agency, we'd love to hear from you.
