Senior Architect / Contract Administrator

We're Seeking Someone With:

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the Contract Administration of significant architectural projects, particularly educational and civic projects.

·       Experience acting as a Superintendent or Superintendent's Representative.

·       Experience in delivering Department of Finance projects and listing by Department of Housing and Works as an approved SR is welcome

·       An excellent understanding of procurement options and local Construction contracts

·       Experience in D&C contract delivery

·       Experience in project programming, written specifications and consultant management

·       Experience in local construction systems, detailing and scheduling

·       A thorough understanding of building codes, standards and regulations

·       An understanding of Revit/BIM processes and protocols

·       Rigorous and proactive approach in managing contracts and reporting to Clients

·       The passion and rigor required to maintain design intent throughout the entire architectural process
