We are seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Medical / Allied Health Receptionist to join our growing team in a part-time position (4 days per week). This role works across both our Campbelltown and Moorebank clinics and plays a vital part in ensuring our clients receive an outstanding experience from their very first contact.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our practice. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional front desk reception and customer service to clients, referrers, and clinicians.

• Supporting the day-to-day operation of the clinic in consultation with the Practice Manager, ensuring appointments, client enquiries, and administrative processes run efficiently.

• Managing appointments, clinician diaries, and client bookings.

• Processing Medicare claims, invoices, EFTPOS transactions, and client payments.

• Using a range of software platforms, including Zanda, Microsoft Outlook, and specialised portals such as RediCase and the Victim Services Portal, to support clinical and administrative workflows.

• Answering phones, responding to emails, scanning, filing, and maintaining accurate client records.

• Providing administrative support to our team of psychologists and allied health professionals.

You are someone who enjoys helping others, takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service, and thrives in a busy environment. You are organised, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Previous experience in a medical, psychology, or allied health reception role.

• Availability to work across both our Campbelltown and Moorebank clinics.

• Flexibility to work shifts commencing from 8:30 am and finishing as late as 6:00 pm.

• Willingness to provide additional leave coverage when required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new practice management software.

• Professional presentation and a warm, welcoming manner.

• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
