About the role

CHEF – FULL TIME | KOTARA | IMMEDIATE START

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our fast-paced team in Kotara, NSW on a full-time basis.

You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, cleanliness and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to a consistently high standard

• Assist with menu development and daily specials

• Manage stock, ordering, portion control and food waste

• Supervise and support kitchen staff

• Maintain food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards

• Ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations

• Work closely with the wider team to deliver great customer experiences

About You

• Experienced Chef or Senior Cook, ideally with 5+ years' experience

• Strong cooking and food preparation skills

• Confident working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen

• Good leadership and organisational skills

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements

• Reliable, hands-on and a strong team player

• Relevant culinary qualifications preferred
