We're seeking:

• Excavator Operators

• Posi Track Operators

• Skilled Labourers

• Civil Construction Workers

Most of our work is based throughout the Melbourne area, with opportunities to travel on exciting projects across Australia.

What You'll Be Doing

Working alongside experienced supervisors and operators, you'll be involved in:

• Civil earthworks and site preparation

• Golf course, sports field and racecourse construction

• Operating specialised machinery including Excavators, Posi Tracks, Rollers, Tractors and other plant

• General construction and labouring duties

• Equipment inspections, servicing and maintenance

• Working safely while delivering high-quality outcomes

• Learning new skills and taking on greater responsibility as you grow

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people with the right attitude first.

Ideally you'll have:

• Experience operating Excavators, Posi Tracks, Water Trucks, Dumpers or similar plant (preferred but not essential)

• A White Card

• A current Victorian Driver's Licence (MR/HR licence is an advantage)

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Pride in producing quality work

• The ability to work well within a team

• Reliability, honesty and a positive attitude
