Inspira Kids is an established Early Learning provider. Our Lakelands centre in Perth provides a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children feel happy and supported.

Inspira Kids is expanding their team and are looking for passionate and friendly Educators / Senior Educators to join their team in Lakelands, Western Australia in a Casual or Permanent Part-Time basis.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assisting with creating innovative educational programs that are reflective of the Early Years Framework

• Supporting children’s social, emotional, physical and educational needs within a group and as individuals

• Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, parents and team members

• Assisting children with their daily routines and supporting them in their learning

• Observing children daily and using those observations to ensure the needs, strengths and interests of children are met

• Attending staff meetings and any professional training sessions, as required

About You

• Hold a Diploma or Certificate III in Children's Services or ACECQA-approved equivalent

• A current First Aid Certificate (including CPR & Asthma Anaphylaxis Training)

• Current Working with Children's Check

• Hold a current and valid National Police Check, confirming suitability to work with children in an Early Childhood education setting

• Passionate about creating a calm and positive learning environment for our children
