Future Generation Joint Venture (FGJV) is the principal contractor for Snowy Hydro's Snowy 2.0, Australia's largest committed renewable energy project. We bring the combined engineering expertise of three companies - Italy's Webuild (formerly Salini Impregilo), Australian-based Clough and US-based Lane Construction.
Snowy 2.0 is the next chapter in the Snowy Scheme's history. It is the largest committed renewable energy project in Australia and will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come. This Iconic Project has and will continue to create its own legacy in Australian history.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Industrial Relations Advisor to join the FGJV team. Working closely with project leaders, employees, subcontractors, unions and key stakeholders, you'll provide trusted IR advice and support to ensure compliance, drive best practice, and contribute to a productive workforce.

About the RoleAs the Industrial Relations Advisor, you will provide expert guidance on industrial relations matters across both blue-collar and white-collar workforces. You'll partner with project teams to navigate workplace issues, interpret industrial instruments, manage compliance requirements, and support the successful delivery of project objectives.
You will play an important role in maintaining positive workplace relationships while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, enterprise agreements, awards and project-specific industrial frameworks.
