Sales Associate

About the role

As a Sales Associate in the Projects team, you'll work shoulder to shoulder with Jed and the wider Projects crew, soaking up the skills, habits, and mindset that separate good agents from great ones. Ray White Projects SA is a specialist new build and off-the-plan division where property gets sold before it exists: apartments, townhouses, land releases and turnkey builds, working directly with developers and builders to bring entire communities to market.

Key responsibilities

• Connecting with potential purchasers through proactive outreach, nurturing enquiry, and thoughtful follow-up across long lead times

• Managing and qualifying buyer enquiry from project campaigns, portals, and Homeseeker

• Attending project launches, site walkthroughs and buyer appointments — learning directly from the best

• Getting across the detail: floor plans, inclusions, build timelines, contracts, and the incentives that matter to first home buyers and investors

• Supporting developer and builder clients with reporting, buyer feedback, and campaign updates

• Building your own pipeline through prospecting, database work, and referral relationships

• Keeping the CRM immaculate — in Projects, the follow-up is the business

About you

• Professional, approachable, and polished — both in person and over the phone

• Someone who isn't afraid to take advice, grow, and have a real crack

• Organised and detail-focused — off-the-plan sales live and die on accuracy and follow-through

• Comfortable playing the long game, staying in touch with buyers over months, not days

• Results-driven, with a natural ability to engage clients and deliver exceptional service

• Someone who takes pride in personal presentation and first impressions

• A current real estate licence, or the willingness to acquire one before you begin

• Previous real estate, new homes, or building industry experience isn't necessary, but is well regarded
