Experienced Drilling Supervisor - Aircore and Diamond

The Position:

We are now seeking an experienced Supervisor for our Aircore and Diamond operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintain contractual standards and reporting requirements

• Provide effective on the job training, competency assessments

• Co-ordinate and conduct drill crew performance appraisals

• Promote high personal standards within the crews

• Conduct and document regular inspections (safety & operational)

• Liaise with client representatives and employees in a professional manner

• Must be prepared to drill occasionally if and when required

• must be prepared to work night shift if required

The Candidate:

• 7 years full time experience on surface Diamond/Aircore drilling equipment.

• Hold or be undertaking a Cert IV in Drilling Operations and statutory certification

• Experienced with Exploration camp set ups

• 'HR-B' (or above) drivers’ licence

• Competent with computers and App based technology

• Strong focus on safety and industry safety innovations

• National Police Clearance (less than 3 months old)

• Be physically fit and healthy
