About the Role
Join our Prevention of Violence and Aggression (PoVA) team as a Behaviour Support Consultant on a part time, permanent basis (0.84 EFT). The PoVA Behaviour Support Consultant will provide leadership, education and support to Monash Health services by improving capacity to predict, prevent and respond to aggression and the behaviours that may lead to aggression. The program aims to improve safety for employees, consumers and visitors, and minimise risks related to behaviours of concern and aggression.
This position is based at various sites with one or two home sites allocated (Clayton, Dandenong, Casey, Kingston – subject to change), with the requirement to travel between Monash Health sites.
