About the Role

PointsBet is looking for a Senior Product Manager – Racing to own our Racing product. You’ll help lead the roadmap, drive commercial performance, and work closely with Engineering, Product and Trading to continually improve and drive the racing experience for our customers. This role suits someone who knows racing, thinks commercially, and is comfortable owning outcomes rather than just delivery.

 Role Responsibilities

• Own the Racing product roadmap by balancing customer experience, commercial performance and technical feasibility.
• Align and prioritise requirements and deliverables against customer needs, ROI and overall business goals.
• Drive commercial outcomes for Racing, including growth, engagement and yield.
• Bring a customer-first mindset, with a deep empathy for our customers, coupled with an approach to solving problems for them within the PointsBet digital product landscape.
• Collaborate day-to-day with Engineering, Design, Trading, Marketing and Data to ship a strong racing experience across app and web.
• Understand data and be data driven, by always looking to better understand our customers and find opportunities to serve them through qualitative and quantitative insights.

Desired Skills and Experience

• 5+ years’ Product Management experience, with a track record of developing product strategy, owning a roadmap, and delivering commercial outcomes at a senior level.
• Strong knowledge of racing and a genuine interest in what makes racing customers tick, with hands-on experience in the wagering/racing industry or a closely adjacent industry.
• A thorough understanding of promotions programs, loyalty/rewards programs, and player account management systems.
• Skilled at leveraging CRM and segmentation strategies to deliver customised user experiences.
• Excellent critical thinking skills.
• Data-driven and enthusiastic about data analysis and success metrics; adapting and improving them all while delivering measurable business impact.
• Commercial acumen – be comfortable owning outcomes, not just outputs.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with Engineering, Product and other key stakeholders across the business.
