Community Administration Coordinator

Cranbrook School is looking for an organised, personable professional to provide efficient, high-quality support to our Director of Communications, Community and Engagement and associated sub-committees.

In this varied role, you will:

• Manage the Community inbox and incoming calls, triaging enquiries to the right person.

• Deliver prompt, professional and courteous communication with sub-committees, donors, alumni, parents and staff.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across the Community team.

• Provide general administrative and event support as needed.

• Act as a key connector between the Communications, Community and Engagement Team and the Head of School's Office.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with excellent attention to detail, a strong customer-service ethos, and the ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who excels at coordinating across teams and enjoys playing a central role in a busy, engaged community.
