What will you do?

Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer servicePrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beveragesMaintain a clean and presentable bar area Clearly inform guests of the various types, brands, products, characteristics, and prices regarding different liquors, and maintain knowledge of in-house wines, spirits, monthly specials, and promotions Manage bar food orders and ensure beverages are served in the correct glassware using the correct measurement of alcohol Record all spillage and wastage of stock and properly dispose of items in the correct binEnsure compliance with responsible service of alcohol regulations

More About You

Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience Cocktail knowledge and making experience is highly desirable High attention to detail including personal appearance and hygiene Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Service of Gambling certificates requiredAble to work across a 7-day roster including nights, weekends and public holidays
