Administration Trainee

Ability Advocates Australia is recruiting an Administration Trainee within Planning, Building or Regulatory teams at Inner West Council as part of the Inclusive Traineeship Program 2026.

This paid traineeship combines meaningful administrative work with a Certificate III in Business, delivered in a highly structured and supported way.

These teams work with technical and regulatory information. The environment is:

Key Responsibilities

With training, you may:

• Process applications and documentation

• Update records and track information

• Use Council systems to manage data

• Support technical staff administratively

• Assist with written or phone enquiries (with scripts and support)
