Senior Ranger Coordinator

The Senior Ranger Coordinator plays a pivotal role in coordinating and overseeing the management of the Djabugay Bulmba Bama ranger program and participating in the leadership team. The role will works closely with staff, the community, stakeholders, and governing bodies to ensure the effective implementation of conservation, land management, and cultural initiatives. The Ranger Coordinator will lead a team of rangers, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure the successful execution of on-ground activities while fostering community engagement and empowerment. All forms of reporting are expected of this role against required outcomes, budgets and as a member of the leadership team. The program ranges across the world heritage lands of the Djabugay with a focus on caring for country projects, employment outcomes and cultural custodianship.
