Working closely with a high-performing sales team, you will provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support across a range of property transactions and business activities.
This is a varied role suited to someone who is highly organised, corporate in their approach and takes genuine pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
Tasks will include: - Diary and travel management.
- Preparing and producing property submissions and presentations.
- Managing Offer & Acceptance documentation and contracts.
- Facilitating and coordinating meetings, presentations, travel and conferences.
- Liaising with clients, stakeholders and third parties.
- Coordinating real estate advertising, including hard signage and online listings.
- Credit card reconciliation.
- Assisting with monthly reporting.
- File management and filing.
- Running general errands and providing broader office support.
- General administration as required.
About You The successful candidate will be a polished and professional administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced property environment and takes ownership of their responsibilities.
You will ideally have:
- Previous administration or sales administration experience.
- Experience within commercial or residential property.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A professional and corporate presentation.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
- A genuine interest in developing your career within the property industry.
