About the role
About us
CNE Ag is a proudly independent, family‑owned agricultural machinery business, with branches in Northam and Esperance and our head office in Perth. We're dealers for leading global brands such as JCB and Horsch, supporting customers across Western Australia with sales, service and parts.
At our core, we’re a business built on people. We care deeply about the agricultural industry — and even more about the people in it. From our customers on the ground to the team we work alongside every day, relationships matter to us. We’re not here to simply sell machinery; we’re here to understand our customers, support their success, and be a trusted part of their journey.
We’re a close‑knit, down to earth team that values flexibility, balance and enjoying what we do. Our 9‑day working fortnight is just one example of how we support a healthier work/life balance, giving our people time to recharge and make the most of life outside of work.
As a growing and progressive business, we offer genuine opportunities for personal and career development. Our core values — Commitment, Respect, Balance, Attitude and Empowerment — guide how we show up for our customers and for each other, encouraging everyone to be the best version of themselves.
As one of the few remaining family‑owned and operated ag machinery dealerships in Western Australia, you’ll work closely with the owners and key decision‑makers. This means clear direction, the ability to make things happen, and a shared focus on doing what’s right for our customers and our team.
