About The Role:

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Detailer to join our team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who takes pride in presentation and has a keen eye for detail, ensuring our vehicles are maintained to a premium standard that aligns with the luxury brands in which we represent. You will play a key role in preparing vehicles for showroom display and customer delivery, where presentation, and pride in craftsmanship are paramount.

In this role you will:

• Prepare new and used vehicles for our valued client-base
• Perform interior and exterior cleaning, polishing, and detailing
• Ensure vehicles are ready for customer delivery and showroom display
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the detailing area
• Work collaboratively with the wider dealership team to meet deadlines and improve processes
• Identify and report any cosmetic issues to maintain brand and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional detailing environment
• Ensure premium presentation of vehicles aligning with the brand
• Adhere strictly to manufacturer guidelines, workplace safety standards, and dealership processes
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Service, and Delivery teams to meet deadlines

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Previous experience in vehicle detailing (preferred but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s licence
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
