About the role

Casual or part-time Chef de Partie working across the FRENCHIE & ALFIES GROUP venues. You will be rostered as required, including evenings and weekends, and will support preparation and service across different sections and venues needs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and service across different sections

• Manage a busy section efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Support section management and ordering

• Maintain standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and consistency

• Work across multiple venues, service styles, and menus within the group

About you

• Minimum 3 years of culinary experience, with Chef de Partie experience preferred

• Ability to manage a busy section efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Flexibility to work across multiple venues, service styles, and menus within the group

• Strong communication skills, a cheerful outlook, and the ability to work professionally under pressure

• Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene, preparation standards, and kitchen procedures
