• NESA accreditation (conditional, provisional or proficient) to teach Primary,

• subject knowledge across all Key Learning Areas,

• effective communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with students, staff members and parents,

• willingness to support and participate in the wider, co-curricular activities/programs of the school, and

• a commitment to ongoing professional learning
