The Role
We are seeking a versatile and driven Service Advisor to join our busy multi-brand service desk at Camden Valley Motors. In this fast-paced role, you will be the vital link between our customers and our expert service technicians. You will ensure every vehicle owner receives clear, professional guidance regarding their maintenance, repair, and warranty needs.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Intake: Greet multi-brand customers promptly, listen to vehicle concerns, and accurately document symptoms.
Brand Expertise: Navigate differing service schedules and warranty guidelines for Hyundai, Mitsubishi, GWM, Isuzu, and Holden vehicles.
Communication: Translate technical mechanical issues into clear, easy-to-understand language for everyday drivers.
Estimation & Workflow: Schedule appointments, estimate repair costs, and coordinate workflow with our workshop team.
Updates: Keep customers informed throughout the day regarding vehicle progress and any unexpected additional work.
Sales & Upselling: Recommend necessary routine maintenance and genuine parts in line with manufacturer specifications.
Delivery & Follow-up: Review final invoices, explain the work performed, and ensure total customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
Previous experience in an automotive service environment is advantageous.
Strong understanding of varied manufacturer service schedules and warranty procedures.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
Valid and current Driver’s License.
