Sales Professional (140k+ OTE)

Select Electrical and Solar Solutions are looking to hire a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team. 

You will be a part of a high-performing team that enjoys exceeding targets by creating strong, genuine relationships with our customers and personally contribute to being a decisive factor in why they chose Select Electrical for their project. 

You will work one-on-one with our customers to determine their needs and find the best solutions available. 

With the belief that character and skill are equally important.

TO BE PERFECT FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:

• Experience with CRMs (Hubspot or similar)

• Minimum 1 million dollars in sales experience

• The ability to identify high-value solutions to customer problems

• Driven to achieve all targets and KPIs

• Excellent ability to engage with clients

• Outstanding communication skills

• Ability to cross sell and pro-actively uncover opportunities

• Excellent Pipeline account management

• Positive attitude

• Desire to learn & Willingness to teach

• Professional manner

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Building genuine relationships with customers and being proactive with outbound activity and accountability.

• Provide a World-Class experience for each and every customer you work with.

• Meet monthly KPI's 

• Identify clients needs and provide expert advice on achieving savings or environmental goals with new and highly efficient Solar and Air-conditioning products
