NDIS Support Worker

Support Worker – Psychosocial Disability (NDIS)

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to assist participants living with psychosocial and mental health-related disabilities. This role requires someone confident working in complex support environments with strong emotional resilience and practical care capability.

Experience required:

• Supporting individuals with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, anxiety, and depression

• Community access and community participation support

• Domestic assistance and daily living support

• Advocacy and person-centred support within the NDIS framework

• Working alongside participants with fluctuating capacity and high support needs

Essential requirements:

• Current First Aid & CPR certification

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

• Valid Working With Children Check

• ABN (independent contractor status)

• Professional resume demonstrating relevant experience
