We are committed to providing exceptional service during some of life's most important moments, and we are currently seeking a full-time Sales Consultant to join our caring and dedicated team.

This rewarding and varied role offers the opportunity to work alongside a friendly, experienced, and supportive team, helping families create meaningful memorials while delivering outstanding customer service.

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will play an important role in supporting families through the memorial selection process. Your responsibilities will include:

•  Meeting with families to help them create memorials that reflect and celebrate the lives of their loved ones.

• Responding to customer enquiries and preparing quotations.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with funeral directors, cemetery boards, local councils, and government organisations.

• Providing exceptional customer service with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.

• A friendly and empathetic nature, with the ability to communicate sensitively with bereaved families.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.

• Professional and confident telephone manner.

• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow processes and meet deadlines.

• Some previous sales experience.
