As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering Mazda’s award‑winning customer experience while driving strong sales results.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Selling new Mazda vehicles to retail customers
• Managing the complete sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery
• Delivering an exceptional, relationship‑focused customer experience
• Building and maintaining strong, long‑term customer relationships
• Achieving and exceeding individual and dealership sales targets
• Accurately completing sales documentation and CRM records
• Representing the Mazda brand with professionalism, integrity, and pride
• Maintaining strong product knowledge across the Mazda range

👤 About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Proven experience as a New Vehicle Sales Consultant (dealership experience essential)
• Strong negotiation, closing, and customer engagement skills
• A motivated, results‑driven and financially focused mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• The ability to quickly establish trust and rapport with customers
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Confidence using dealer management systems and CRM platforms
• Professional presentation and a strong work ethic
• A current Australian driver’s licence
