Location: Parramatta Area
Pay Rate: $43.75 per hour + penalties + overtime
Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift (with optional OT)

RPR Trades are seeking an experienced Welder / Fabricator for ongoing work with a leading manufacturer in the reinforcing and precast concrete industry. This is a great opportunity to join a stable business offering full-time hours, a strong safety culture, and a supportive workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding and fabrication of steel components and structures

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions

• Conduct quality checks to ensure weld accuracy and integrity

• Operate grinders, hand tools, and cutting equipment safely

• Work collaboratively to meet production and safety targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Trade-qualified or highly experienced Welder / Fabricator

• Strong MIG welding skills (mild steel)

• Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-focused attitude

• Ability to read drawings and follow direction

• Own PPE and reliable transport
