Your Role

As our Client Experience & Sales Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in the success of our salon.

You’ll be the first impression of our business, the person who keeps everything running smoothly and the one ensuring every client has an exceptional experience.

You’ll work closely with our stylists to maximise bookings, manage incoming enquiries, convert leads into appointments, support retail sales and follow proven systems that help our business continue to grow.

This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities Include

• Welcoming every client with warmth and professionalism.

• Managing a busy appointment diary to maximise bookings.

• Responding to phone, email, SMS and social media enquiries.

• Converting new enquiries into consultations and appointments.

• Following our lead nurturing systems to ensure no enquiry is missed.

• Rebooking clients and helping them stay on track with their hair goals.

• Recommending products and services that genuinely solve clients’ concerns.

• Supporting retail sales and salon promotions.

• Coordinating the team to ensure appointments run smoothly.

• Managing payments, administration and daily salon operations.

• Building lasting relationships that keep clients returning and referring their family and friends.
