MIG WELDER – TRAILER MANUFACTURING - TRAILER FITTER

Full-Time | Permanent Position.

Seeking skilled welders to join our growing production team.

Compensation & Benefits:

 Hourly wage: $38 to $45, depending on experience and proficiency

 Overtime available

Job Responsibilities:

 Perform MIG welding on steel trailer frames and components

 Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications

 Ensure all welds meet structural and visual quality standards

 Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently

 Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals

 Fitting and Installing various trailer components including chassis, suspension, brakes and specialised system (air, electric, hydraulic)

 Adding accessories, electrical systems and custom features to trailer.

 Testing installed systems, checking works, identify non-conforming material and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Requirements:

 Minimum 2 years of welding experience & trailer assembly.

 Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately

 Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability

 Welding certification is an asset but not required

 Must be safety-conscious and able to follow company protocols.
