Property Inspection Executive

The Role: Hotelesque has an opportunity for a bright, flexible and energetic individual to join our Guest & Property Services team. This position primarily involves inspecting properties to ensure they are perfectly presented prior to guest arrival. The essence of this role includes checking for impeccable cleaning standards, inspecting household items for damage, checking inventory and delivering small items to guests where required. You will fulfil a variety of duties to support the smooth running of our properties, ensuring storeroom stock levels are maintained, liaise with suppliers and driving from property to property around the Eastern Suburbs to check the condition of the property and add amenities.

What we're looking for

• Knowledge of the Eastern Suburbs required

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

• Experience with Breezeway or similar property maintenance apps an advantage

• Experience in property services, short term holiday rentals, housekeeping or hospitality industry 

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will have the following Characteristics:

• Australian Drivers licence and own car

• Excellent verbal and written communications

• High level of customer focus and naturally service orientated 

• A friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude

• Excellent attention to detail

• Great team player who can work unsupervised/ independently 

• Exceptional time management/task management skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Apps
