Learning Ladder Early Learning Centres Pty Ltd As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting educational programs for pre-primary students. You will lead a team of educators to create an environment that promotes the social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development of every child. Key Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing high-quality educational programs based on the

Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

• Planning and structuring learning in both indoor and outdoor environments using a variety of materials.
• Promoting language development through storytelling, role play, songs, and rhymes.
• Observing and evaluating students’ progress to detect signs of developmental needs or health issues.
• Leading and mentoring junior educators and supervising student teachers on placement.
• Engaging in regular parent-teacher consultations and participating in community support programs.
• Ensuring all practices align with the National Quality Standard (NQS).

Required Skills & Experience

• Qualification: Relevant Bachelor or Graduate Diploma of

Early Childhood Education (or equivalent as recognized by ACECQA/AITSL).

• Registration: Current (or eligibility for) registration with ACECQA as an ECT
• Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience as a early childhood teacher in a childcare or kindergarten setting.
