Concrete Pump Operator/Labourer

About the role

B&C Concrete Pumping is looking to add valuable members to our team in Caloundra, Queensland.  We need people who want to learn new skills and play a vital role in the successful delivery of concrete pumping services to our valued construction industry clients.

What you'll be doing

• Operating and maintaining concrete pumping equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency

• Assisting with the set-up and breakdown of concrete pumping equipment on job sites

• Performing labour duties as needed to support the concrete pumping process

• Ensuring all equipment and job sites are left clean and tidy

• Adhering to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

• Providing excellent customer service to clients

What we're looking for

• Relevant experience as a Concrete Pump Operator and/or Labourer in the construction industry

• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate heavy machinery and equipment

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• A positive, safety-focused attitude and the ability to work as part of a team

• A current driver's licence and the ability to obtain a Concrete Pump Operator's Licence

• Construction industry tickets or certifications would be highly regarded
