What You’ll Be Doing

- All aspects of structural and soft landscaping (earthworks, concreting, paving, decking, fencing, drainage, tiling, planting + more)

- Reading and working from plans like a pro

- Producing high-quality work our clients rave about

- Supporting apprentices and helping build the next generation

- Solving problems on-site and getting the job done right

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in landscaping or construction (qualified or highly skilled)

- Ability to work independently and in a team

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Driver’s licence + own tools

- Someone who takes pride in their workmanship — no shortcuts, ever
