Build the Faculty's teaching and research profile by delivering innovative Speech Pathology education, coordinating clinical placements, developing curriculum, fostering industry partnerships, and advancing excellence in teaching, scholarship, and professional leadership.

About the Position
As a Lecturer / Senior Lecturer – Speech and Language Therapy, you will be responsible for delivering and coordinating high-quality teaching and learning, supporting clinical education and student placements, contributing to curriculum development, accreditation and quality improvement, collaborating with academic, industry and community stakeholders, and fostering student success while upholding professional standards and university values.

About You
To be successful, you will require:

• Qualified and registered Speech Pathologist with relevant clinical practice and supervision experience. 
• Experience in teaching, curriculum development, and online/hybrid learning delivery, or a commitment to developing tertiary teaching capabilities. 
• Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently. 
• Commitment to rural and remote practice, reconciliation, and university values while contributing to the growth of the profession. 
• Commitment to the University’s values.
• Senior Lecturer: PhD-qualified with demonstrated research excellence, curriculum leadership, and experience building strategic partnerships and representing the University. 

Remuneration 
Appointment to this role will be at HE Academic Level B-C. The base salary will be in the range of $116,429 - $162,146.91 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $136,221- 189,710 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
