Details: CIT Student Services is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join the Client Relationship team.
As a Client Service Officer, you will play an important role in supporting prospective, current and former students throughout their CIT journey. You will provide frontline customer service, respond to enquiries, assist with enrolments and student records, maintain information systems, and support a range of student service activities and events.
Working within a busy and supportive environment, you will help students access the information and services they need while contributing to a positive student experience. The successful applicant will work collaboratively with colleagues across CIT and demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality customer service.
The position may be required to work across CIT campuses. The occupant of this position will be required to work 73.5 hours per fortnight which may be on a rotating shift, including Saturdays, depending on location.

Notes: This is a temporary position available for a period of six months, with the possibility of extension up to 12 months and/or permanency. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
