Tester

• Design, develop and maintain the testing environment, testing framework, test plan, regression test suites and test cases in accordance with changing requirements
  
• Support writing of automation test scripts
  
• Design, develop and maintain tools and libraries
  
• Full life-cycle library and application development
  
• Conduct various tests such as Manual, Automated, Functional, Exploratory and Cross-Platform Testing
  
• Support, maintenance and documentation of software functionality
  
• Conduct system integration tests with external systems and generate test reports
  
• Collaborate with the development team to establish Continuous Integration and Delivery pipelines
  
• Ensure proper documentation of test results for review and sign-off
  
• Champion and drive product quality and QE practices
  
• Perform other duties as required
  
• Focus on both automation and manual testing activities
  
• Good understanding of manual testing within the SDLC
  
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and commit to agreed deliverables and schedules
  
• Experience in automation testing tools/frameworks
  
• Implement best practices to enhance team performance and maintain pace with current technological changes and developments
  
• 3+ years’ experience in ServiceNow automation testing, including ITSM, with preference for exposure to other ServiceNow modules or custom applications
