We are looking for a motivated and organised Project Administrator to join our team and play an important role in supporting the day-to-day administration and coordination of customer projects and orders. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Coordinating and administering customer projects from order through to delivery

• Preparing quotations, purchase orders, sales orders and project documentation

• Liaising with customers, suppliers, freight companies and internal teams

• Following up supplier orders and delivery schedules

• Monitoring project timelines and outstanding requirements

• Assisting with procurement and sourcing of pipes, valves, fittings and related products

• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems

• Preparing invoices, delivery documentation and other project paperwork

• Assisting the sales team with customer enquiries and follow-ups

• Coordinating freight and deliveries as required

• Supporting the wider team with general administration and project coordination

• Project tracking – IIR & MRCGO Sell (SalesForce)

What you bring:

• Previous experience in project administration, sales administration, purchasing or a similar role

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• The ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

• Confidence communicating with customers and suppliers

• Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office

• A practical, hands-on approach to problem solving

• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
