An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced and passionate Assistant Manager to lead the team at our duel-branded Salsas & Boost Juice site in Brooklyn Park. 

As the Assistant Manager, you will play an integral part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the site. Reporting directly to the site General Manager, you will contribute to cultivating the vibrant Boost & Salsas culture within the team, fostering a positive environment, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and motivating our team to embody the Boost & Salsas values and uphold our brand's culture.

• Assisting the General Manager in recruiting and training team members.

• Collaborating on marketing initiatives to drive business growth and create an outstanding customer experience.

• Supporting the General Manager in achieving financial objectives.

• Managing inventory levels and controlling costs to optimize profitability.

• Upholding operational excellence by implementing and adhering to policies and procedures.
