Workshop Assistant / Labourer

The Position

To support the role of the Production Manager with maintaining highest possible standard of workshop presentation and cleanliness, equipment maintenance and general workshop labouring.

 

Skills and Knowledge

1. Take responsibility as required to maintain the cleanliness of the workshop and workshop equipment.

2. Local delivery and collection for sub-contract supplies and customer repairs where required

3. Day to day activities in the workshop repair section including, but not limited to dismantling and cleaning of products were authorised by the Production Manager and supervised directly by a Tradesman.

4. Accurately complete any documentation requirement for workshop administration and record keeping.

5. Responsible for duties as may be required by management to establish and/or maintain company compliance and accreditation to the following where applicable and relevant: 
   - International Standards (ISO)
   - Australian Standards (AS)
   - Acts of Government Statute 

6. Adhere to Company Policy notes and revisions as issued by the Managing Director.
