Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience (with discretionary bonus)

We’re now looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Loan Writer/Trainee Broker to support our Mortgage Brokers and contribute to our high-performance, high-integrity service model. Your Purpose

This opportunity suits an experienced Mortgage Broker or Loan Writer who enjoys managing end-to-end client relationships. You will work with residential clients, supported by strong marketing, lead flow, and back-office credit support.

You will be responsible for guiding clients through the full lending journey while collaborating closely with lenders and referral partners to ensure smooth, timely settlements.

Key Responsibilities

• ·       Manage and grow a portfolio of lending clients

  ·       Conduct detailed needs analysis and present tailored lending strategies

  ·       Liaise with banks, non-bank lenders, solicitors, conveyancers, and agents

  ·       Manage loan submissions, approvals, and settlements end to end

  ·       Provide ongoing support to clients to drive repeat business and retention
