About the Internship

This internship is designed as a structured learning and training opportunity for students or recent graduates seeking exposure to the financial services industry. Interns will gain practical insights into FX trading, client relationship management, and sales processes within a professional environment.

This internship program is available in our Sydney or Melbourne offices for Mandarin-speaking candidates, while Thai and Lao-speaking candidates will be based in our Sydney office only.

Key Learning Areas & Responsibilities
Under supervision and guidance, interns will:

• Observe and learn client communication practices via phone and email

• Assist with preparing client service materials and responses

• Develop an understanding of financial products and market movements

• Support the team in client presentations and onboarding processes

• Gain exposure to sales strategies and client relationship management

• Learn how to monitor market trends and identify client needs

About you

• Proficiency in Mandarin, Thai or Lao. (Requirement: Proficiency in Mandarin or Thai, with the ability to listen, speak, read, and write effectively.)

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline

• Strong interest in financial markets and trading

• Eagerness to learn in a professional environment

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
