About the role

This is a combined position which blends social media content creation with retail customer service. You'll be involved in everything from helping customers in-store to creating engaging content which showcases our products and brand personality. You'll work alongside the business owner to represent Katie B across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok as well as develop weekly email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys being hands-on, thinks creatively and isn't afraid to jump in front of the camera or direct others in front of the camera to help bring content ideas to life.

Key responsibilities

• Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service

• Assisting with merchandising, stock handling and store presentation

• Representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm online

• Creating engaging content across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok

• Creating weekly email marketing campaigns

• Appearing on camera and directing others during content creation

About you

• A natural flair for social media and storytelling

• High accurate written and spoken communication

• Confidence to appear on camera and guide others during content creation

• Strong time management and interpersonal skills

• A team player who also has the ability to work independently

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Experience in both retail and social media is a bonus, but not essential

• This job can be part-time or full-time depending on your preference
