What You'll Do

As a LME Care Support Worker, you will:

Provide quality day to day care and supportSupport participants to try new experiences, build confidence, and develop healthy habitsCelebrate achievements, both big and small, and help make every day meaningfulEnsure a safe and supportive environment while encouraging independence and choiceWork closely with participants, families, and stakeholders to plan and achieve participant goals

For this specific assignment, you will work 2-hour shifts, four times per week, assisting with hoisting and transfers in a house in Belivah.

Who You Are

You hold a Cert III in Individual Disability Support or equivalent, or are eager to learn and grow in the roleCurrent First Aid and CPR certificationsValid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicleNDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (Blue Card)You have experience working within the NDISBonus if you have high medical care experience or training in MAYBO, Mental Health First Aid or Crisis intervention
